Working principles:
The equipment mainly consists of a feeding hopper, a screw feeder, a horizontal gravityless mixer, a finished conveyor, a finished product warehouse, an automatic weighing packaging machine, an electric control box, and a dust collector (optional).
The workers put the raw materials into the hopper in turn, and the materials are conveyed by the screw feeder to the horizontal gravityless mixer for 2-3 minutes (slightly different according to the mixing time of different materials). The mixed materials are conveyed to the finished product warehouse through the discharge spiral, and the lower part of the finished product warehouse is equipped with a fully automatic weighing packaging machine, and the mixed finished products are packaged in bags. In the packaging process, the above processes of feeding, stirring, etc. can be repeated to realize the assembly line operation and provide production efficiency.
